Wow it’s been a while!

Wow it’s been a while! It’s been a hot minute since we’ve had anything to report, what with our relocating to Atlanta, but we’ve finally got some stuff worth making a post about!

New Agent!

We are pleased to announce we’ve hired on my good friend Loriel “Spike” Voivode as our booking agent, and he’s been busy! We have a few dates coming up in June, and we’ll be announcing them very soon.

Dogma Eye

We’ve at long last begun working heavily on our follow up to Recurse, entitled Dogma Eye, and so far it’s a hell of a ride. The central theme of Coercion and Control permeates this work so far, and we are certainly exploring new aesthetics with it. We’re hoping for a late 2014 release date. Stay tuned! In the mean time, here’s a shot our home studio, complete with libations and prophylactics.

Looking Ahead

We had a blast as usual at this year’s Florida Underground Industrial Music Festival! Great to see so many familiar friends and faces, and as usual, a big Thanks to Ben V and the Beyond Therapy Family.

However this festival was bitter sweet as it was c. Grendel’s last show as Finite Automata’s live keyboardist for the foreseeable future. Mat Syn will be taking over as the Primary keyboardist until a suitable live replacement can be found.

As many of you have heard. Mat and I have begun work on Finite Automata’s next release “Dogma Eye”, of which two tracks have been played live to date.

Good things are on the way despite setbacks!

Keep your eyes and ears open!
